Just post according to the requirements stated in the first post and someone should hopefully make one for you Alternatively you can make one yourself by browsing the galleries and cropping and resizing a part of a scan you like into a 50x50 .gif file

To upload your avatar, simply go into your control panel, select I think it is Personal Option, and upload the avatar from your computer ^^
